Although may years ago I was, as an Assistant Attorney General, a trial attorney for the State of Washington, and later was a Sole in-house corporation attorney and a private practice attorney in a 6-lawyer law firm, for at least 20 years I have been a sole practitioner, in other words, a one lawyer law firm.
My experience is broad, I have handled cases in over half the counties in the State of Washington and actually have tried cases in most of the counties. Now, and for many years, with only few exceptions I have limited my work to representing (1) persons injured or otherwise damaged by a third person's negligence or other wrong doing, and (2) persons whose inheritance rights have been wrongfully denied. I empathize with such persons, don't delegate any work to anyone and personally do all work required to enforce their rights. I don't like to see them get bullied by insurance companies or anyone else.
I don't charge for initial consultations and for almost all matters my negotiable and reasonable fee is a percentage of money I recover for my client(s).
